The guarantee is intended to relax the anxious angler or new customer on their first fishing adventure with Captain Bill Barnaby and the Reel Release. Although, the guarantee is still warranted on every full day fishing trip, you’ll soon catch yourself saying “WHOAH! That’s a lot of fish!”
What to expect
All the latest tackle and fishing equipment is supplied for you. A huge cockpit gives lots of room for fighting those exciting salmon and steelhead. Outfitted with BIG JON downriggers and rodholders, the REEL RELEASE is a fish-catching machine. After your charter, we will clean and bag your fish for you, so don’t forget to bring a cooler to transport your catch home.
What to Bring?
All the tackle, rods, reels, lures, etc. are provided. Your fish will be cleaned at the end of your trip and placed into bags for a small fee.
Other suggestions that may make your day on the water more enjoyable:
- Ontario Fishing License – (or from your captain)
- Soft soled shoes
- Hat or visor
- Clothes for the season. Lake Ontario Toronto water temps generally cool the air down especially during the spring months.
- Rain gear if rain is in the forecast.
- Snacks or food. We have a refrigerator to keep lunches fresh.
- Cooler for transporting your catch home at the end of the day.
- Beverages of choice. (Please, no glass containers)
Mornings: 5 AM or 7 AM
Afternoons: 2 PM or 4 PM
Our season start in April and ends in October. Trip hours are figured from dock departure to dock arrival. All equipment and tackle are supplied.
1/2 day charter $950.00 (6-7 hours)
Full day charter $1150.00 (8-9 hours)
Deposit is due upon booking: $100
1 Day fishing license: $15.00/person
Fish cleaning: $2.50/fish
Additional time: $90.00/hour
Must be made 10 days in advance to receive refund of deposit.
Cancellations due to weather (we fish in the rain, but unfavorable wave conditions would cause us to cancel or reschedule) are the responsibility of the Captain. In the event of such a cancellation, you have the option to reschedule or request your deposit refunded.
